"Good value and a great location. Breakfast and service also pretty good. The only downside was that the blackouts were a bit worn down, but not that bad."

"The airport shuttle pickup was accessible and caring as we arrived very late to check in with no way to contact the hotel, and the staff were waiting till the last possible arrival flight. The breakfast was a great selection from fruit to hot food selection, with lovely service from the staff. The room was clean and a nice selection of amenities within the room. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the stay :)"

"The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night. We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the air conditioning was difficult to control. To add to our discomfort, there was construction work going on at the end of the hall during the day. "

"Like always you go to colombia they treat you like family friendly staff they go the extra mile for you to feel like home the management Henry the front desk Yolanda Luisa Vanessa and the person encarge of the kitchen don̈a delia great persons small but cozy you get to know everyone public transportation right in front on the hotel door your food is made fresh you order in two minutes you getting your food freshly made nothing but good word for those hard worker keep the great work"
