"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! "l'emplacement est très bien. les personnes à l'accueil sont gentilles et serviables. La suite était bien pour une petite famille de 4. Cependant, plein de points à améliorer. les murets du balcon ne sont pas du tout sécuritaires, trop bas et dangereux pour des enfants. il n'y a pas de sauveteur ou au moins une bouée de sauvetage au bord de la piscine. Finalement, le petit déjeuner commence un peu tard et on manque de protéines. C'est des suggestions que je propose pour améliorer l'expérience et non un maivais commentaire."

"Great experience!! The real Morocco :-) Everyone was SO FRIENDLY and the service was excellent. Printing services work - breakfast was TOP OF THE POPS, orange juice was the best, the staff was also very pretty and handsome - great, nice and friendly people - ALL OF THEM - Keep up the good work! Tried to find a fault, but couldn't - Top marks 5/5 !!! A++"
