"First of all, the staff... They were amazing! At reception: María—"the prettiest girl in the whole complex"—Miguel, Kevin, and Tuval... Thank you all for your excellent customer service! In the restaurant, Valme and the waitstaff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entertainment team was great fun; they had us laughing and dancing. Jessica, at the boutique was very friendly, helping me out to pick some presents for my friends and family... The food was delicious... We really had a wonderful time here! The facilities need maintenance; some walls need a fresh coat of paint. In my room, the air conditioner drips, and there are white stains on the floor. There are some rusty items, including the coat hooks!!!"

"Overall, the hotel is really good. They are in the middle of a renovation period, so the spa and gift shop are not available. It will be great when it's all ready. The facility is good right now, the staff is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-kept."
