"Very clean. Great staff! Juliet at the pool was friendly, genuine, service excellence for sure! Not a fan of all the restrictions though. No outside drink or food, I was traveling with my picky child. Also...requested bathroom towels never got them. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! Beautiful ..."

"Had a defective shower head that would not adjust properly which made it hard to shower , improper directions to our room from staff. Would not recommend SKY TOWER to anyone. Overall experience, 5 out of 10. Paid too much for what we got."
