"It was a beautiful hotel room, although a little small. I like the high-tech features. The worst part was that there was no safe and no fridge. We didn’t find the one drawer until day three of our stay, as it was under the bed. So we lived out of suitcases for most of the trip. The bathroom shares a large translucent window with the bedroom, so turning on the bathroom light lights up the entire bedroom. So bathroom visits at night must be in the dark if someone is sleeping."

"We had a great stay. The room had everything we needed, and it was new. There was one incident that could be improved. Upon checkout, there was a person checking out ahead of me and the front desk attendant called him Mr. So and so and asked if everything was OK during his stay. She was super kind and you could tell she was putting in effort to treat this person well. When I walked up to the desk expecting the same treatment, I got called by my first and last name and did not get asked if everything was OK during the day. The front desk attendant just said “OK you’re good to go”. I did not get the same warm tone or welcoming vibe. I felt as though I was treated differently than the guest ahead of me. I am a rewards member and a professional person (not travelling for work this time) but none of that should matter as all guests should be treated the same. Food for thought"
