As an American traveling with his wife and 3 kids, it is always a welcome surprise when the front desk persons speak English and tolerate my attempts at French. They were very kind. They understood and articulated the difficulties of driving in Rennes and so made good recommendations for amenities within walking distance. It is very close to the train station with many food choices. Way nicer than the other hotel we tried in Rennes on the front end of our trip. We were a family of 5 so I did not have time for the spa.

Ok but not wow

Nicely centrally located - close to the train station and in walking distance from city center. Reception staff not the most friendly, also the breakfast staff looked terribly overworked (seemed like they were understaffed). Rooms decent and functional, no way to regulate temperature in room so taking points off for that - if you are cold no extra blanket to be found. Little fridge and coffee maker, which is good. Spa is decent, the pool and jacuzzi - CAREFUL they make a bath hat mandatory which noone tells you prior to arrival so you are forced to buy a 3 Euro super ugly overprices bath hat. AND you can only use the spa for 1h per day and have to book in advance at reception. So not sure it really is worth the extra money for a hour of hot water. Breakfast was soso...the coffee maker/machine is good, the rest looked a little like minimalistic effort. But it works, if the staff was not so clearly stressed out. USB charger was broken in my room. All in all it felt like overpriced for what it was and not to what I am used to for Novotel standards.

HÎtel agréable

Bon accueil. Les prestations hÎteliÚres sont de qualité : suite de taille satisfaisante, propre avec une salle de bains trÚs bien, literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner offre un grande variété de choix. Deux bémols : une piscine de taille limitée squattée pendant les congés scolaires et le restaurant qui n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste de la prestation.

Pas de place de parking et climatiseur HS

A notre arrivĂ©e, impossible de se garer au parking de l'hĂŽtel, complet ! RĂ©sultat : plus de 60€ de stationnement Ă  proximitĂ©. Cela dit, le parking de l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait Ă©galement payant ! La chambre Ă©tait bien mais impossible de rĂ©gler la climatisation : il faisait au moins 30°C dans la chambre ce qui est insupportable. 4 rĂ©clamations prises en compte (c'est ce qu'on nous dit avec le sourire) mais rien de changĂ© !!!

Excellent hĂŽtel

Nous adorons cet hÎtel, avec un personnel aux petits soins, fort aimable. Un hÎtel propre et tout confort avec le spa, le bar, le parking. Un petit déjeuner d'exception, jusqu'à 12h le weekend c'est si appréciable. Sans hésitation nos séjours a Rennes seront de nouveau au Novotel spa.

SĂ©jour correct, sans plus.

Personnel trĂšs accueillant et efficace. Petit dĂ©jeuner copieux et de qualitĂ©. Par contre, salle de bains trĂšs rĂ©duite : Ă  peine la place de poser ses jambes pour aller aux toilettes. De plus, le bouchon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas et le bas de la paroi de douche n'Ă©tait pas Ă©tanche, d'oĂč de nombreuses Ă©claboussures Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la salle de bains. (dysfonctionnements signalĂ©s Ă  l'accueil) Ne mĂ©rite pas 4 Ă©toiles en ce qui concerne la chambre.

Underbar hotell med fantastisk frukost!

Fin hotell med alla bekvĂ€mligheter. Var pĂ„ genomresa med familjen. Perfekt rum dĂ„ vi förĂ€ldrar som pĂ„ andra vĂ„ningen och barnen pĂ„ första pĂ„ en bĂ€ddsoffa. Utnyttjade spa 1h. Inte vĂ€rldens största men rĂ€ckte. Frukosten vad fantastiskt! Den bĂ€sta hittills pĂ„ resan och pĂ„minde mycket om den skandinaviska frukostbuffĂ©n. OcksĂ„ bra att frukosten varade till kl 12!!! SĂ„ man slipper stressa pĂ„ morgonen och kan vila extra. Speciellt om man har en tonĂ„ring med sig! Överlag Ă€r jag positiv överraskad och rekommenderar hotellet för alla barnfamiljer.

Sejour agréable

Super sejour. Hoel tres bien situĂ©, nous avons pu tout faire Ă  pied. Personnel chaleureux et souriant. Il est dommage qu'on est pas ete averti de la panne du jaccuzi et de l'obligataire du bonnet de piscine qui est assez cher sue place 3€ Le petit dĂ©jeuner esr copieux et plein de choix possible.. le restaurant propose des plats Ă  la hauteue de ses Ă©toiles, trĂšs bon. Ville agrĂ©able.sĂ©jour Ă  renouveler
