"Ich habe statt Basis-Zweibettzimmer ein anderes Zimmer bekommen - Schlafwagon-Vierbettenzimmer, nicht wie ich es gebucht habe. Im Bad/Toilette war die TĆ¼r kaputt und ging gar nicht zu. Es gab keinen Haartrockner und auch keine Seife. Statt Parkettboden, war im Zimmer Holzdielenboden. Das Fenster war schmutzig und die Spinnenweben hingen an den WƤnden runter. Die EingangstĆ¼r knallte ganz laut bein rein- und rausgehen.Vor Ort war kein Personal da, es gab lediglich eine Notfallsnummer."
