"We had a great time for a last minute trip out of town. We paid less than $200 for our room, so we didn't have real high expectations. It was a small room, but cozy. However in the morning I opened the fridge to grab a cold drink, and it was room temperature. The microwave wasn't working and none of the plug in worked either. So at some point the breaker was tripped before we arrived at check out I let the front desk know and I hope they fixed it. The worse thing that happened is that we had to wait around 30 min. To get into our room because it wasn't ready. But we found a nice place by the pool to hang out until it was ready. In the morning we wanted to go on the gondola, and our transit driver was awesome and gave me some helpful hints with navigating downtown. The night we arrived, we went to sit in a hot tub after dinner and had a great time. The water was perfect temperature so I never overheated, and we could stay until close. For an impromptu overnight trip, it was fabulous. I would stay again."

"Went in the summer. It’s an amazing property and location. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the hot tubs weren’t fully working. Which wasn’t that big of a deal. They were still hot but only a a couple of them had jets working sort of. I will absolutely stay here again, and if the hot tubs are working. It gets a 5."

"Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced."
