"Bueno el servicio de desayuno me decepcionó por completo ,soy una paraguay que visite mi país y no encontré un triste conciso quemado ,y cuando pedí la señora que atendía fue mil desagradable !! Que triste que estando en mi país no podamos disfrutar de nuestra comida tradicional!! El resto del hotel está bien pero no volvería a quedarme ahí !!"

"The hotel itself is quite modern and relatively new. The building is nice, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It has all the amenities that are advertised, and overall the room looked good and acceptable in terms of cleanliness. However, the biggest issue is the location. While it is true that the hotel is close to the airport, the surrounding area is very poor. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with unpaved roads, and there is absolutely nothing nearby — no restaurants, no shops, nothing to do. The area feels unsafe, especially at night. Regarding cleanliness, it was just acceptable. For example, the bathroom trash bin had long hairs in it, which was unpleasant and made it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The view from the room was also very disappointing. My room faced the back, and the view was of very modest houses — nothing nice or enjoyable to look at. Additionally, the hallways and areas near the rooms had a bad smell, often like food. It even felt like some people might be living there rather than just staying as guests, as there were children around and the atmosphere felt more like apartments than a hotel. I only stayed one night before leaving Paraguay, and although the hotel includes breakfast, I couldn’t try it because I had to leave very early in the morning. "Expedia booking showed availability and upon arrival things were different and check in time is also not accurate. Restaurant food not recommended and overpriced for what it is. "

"Le falta carisma a los empleados. En el restaurante solo había 1 mesero y estaba casi lleno. Los ascensores son lentos y cuando hay grandes grupos haciendo check in es imposible subir a las habitaciones. A pesar de tener estacionamiento, se lo cobran a los huéspedes. "

"The room itself is nice as it is a new hotel. Bummer they saved money on the materials as you hear every noise from outdoors, shower doors are leaking. The staff is far from nice. We were super early, 10am, so of course we couldn’t check in yet. We came back at 2pm but the room was still not ready. They just were on auto pilot saying check-in was at 3pm. They didn’t even want to check with housekeeping for the actual status of the room. So we had the wait in the reception area. Our water bottles were empty by then, so we asked if we could get some water, but even that was not an option. So rude, so extremely unfriendly, with a clear ‘I don’t care’ attitude. "
