"The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient. "The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. "We had a great 1 night stay here. Excellent location on the lagoon, near the beach and restaurants/ bars nearby. Small resort which looks lovely on the outside. The rooms and balconies are huge and very quiet. The host was very friendly and helped arrange a transfer to Colombo airport the following day. He was very responsive via text and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was also very nice. Excellent value for money! "

"The property is located quite far from the main road and I'll be honest, the access road isn't great. But that being said, once you get there, you don't want to leave. The rooms are big and very spacious. We booked the family triple room and it was huge and very comfortable. Pool was clean and inviting. You can use the kayaks at any time and go onto the lagoon. The staff are excellent and so polite. Food at the restaurant too was really good. Shout out to Lalith, Shaan and the Chef. You'll made it a memorable stay."

"Great property right on the beach , in comparison the prices in the hotel / restaurant are higher ( which is to be expected) . Staff was lovely , the hotel could do with some small updates / upgrades. Location is very good, under 10 mins to walk into town. Great place if you are looking for something that not in overcrowded part of Sri Lanka "
