"I was so pleasantly surprised when I stayed here while road-trip. The staff couldn’t have been any more hospitable, lovely people. "The property is a huge square. It was 380 steps from the elevator to my room. Very long walk. Elevators were slow. Only 4 for all those rooms and sometimes all 4 didn’t work. Only 2 for the garage which is not owned by the Hotel. Now the Desk, concierge and parking attendants were most helpful. Maids did a great job all 5 days. TV had too many options but probably good for other guests."

"We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."

"The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. They have free breakfast which is a good thing but I’ve never seen a hotel tell everyone a about free 24hr coffee but it’s instant coffee. Gross. They have a laundry facility but in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, there was a machine where you can buy detergent and whatnot. They don’t have that. The tv sound couldn’t align when actors spoke. If you don’t need to use any of these things, then you’ll probably like it. The bed was very comfortable though. I’ll give them that!"
