"Hotel avec un petit air ancien. On doit monter l’escalier car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. La chambre était agréable quoique le matelas pourrait être renouvelé mais la literie était très correct. Le petit déjeuner style buffet est excellent. Pas vraiment de vue sur la Moselle."

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"

"The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant at the property is really good. As a solo traveller, the room was perfect size. My only complaint is that the property is pretty old and you can easily hear people walking in the hallway, talking, people around you turning on hairdryers, etc. so be aware if you are sensitive to noise. The stay was great otherwise and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff!"

"Staff is friendly and helpful and trustworthy. Breakfast is good. A little cramped but lots of variables. Nice to be able to park at the property. Close to downtown Cochem. Good view of the castle or river depending on the room."

"I loved this stay (Unit 3)! The host was so accommodating. I accidentally booked an extra day because I got the time change wrong and he let me check in early whenever I actually arrived. I also accidentally left my phone as I was checking out and he was available on the intercom to let me back in. He also carried my luggage up the stairs for me. The apartment was very clean. I'm one of those people that cleans their hotels when they get there and I didn't even have to clean this apartment. The host had a lot of good information and pamphlets, for things to do and find in town. The apartment is conveniently located as its right along the river and a 7min walk from the bridge. About an 8 minute walk from a local vineyard. The unit is very well shaded so not having A/C was fine. The host instructed for me to leave my windows open at night and the chill lingered throughout the day."

"The staff was unusually helpful and communicative when our train was cancelled and we were forced to arrive at around 1:30am. We could have been stranded in the middle of the night, so I am deeply grateful for their help. Someone was working overtime."
