"The front desk staff were welcoming and considerate when they were backed up. But our room was not very clean. every pillow had stains on them, the beds were no finished, the bathroom tub was not cleaned, toilet paper holder and door frames were extremely rusty. The lampshade was also stained"

"Room was clean and pool was pleasant but the property is dirty and worn out. Carpets were stained and nasty. The whole place needs a total overhaul. Breakfast was only bagels,toast cereal and juice etc. pretty bland."
