"This place is a misrepresentation. Dirty, Nasty, smokey. And the place had the nerve to not want to issue me a refund. Made me pay even though the accomodations were terrible. I did not stay and they charged my card for 3 rooms"

"It was ok.. Except the city had a water issue which caused the hotel to have no water for 2 days. The water did come on, on and iff but it is still one of my favorite hotels.."
