"Café da manhã ok, staff muito simpático, o ponto alto do hotel com certeza. O hotel fica um pouco distante da praia e de alguns pontos de interesse. Mas o ponto mais baixo pra mim foi a conservação do local, precisa de reparos, lençóis e fronhas encardidas, cheiro de mofo no quarto, corredores e cheiro estranho na água. Para apenas 1 noite, e como o objetivo não era lazer, foi ok, para uma hospedagem mais longa e com foco em lazer eu não ficaria novamente. "

"Breakfast was very limited if you remove the abundance of sugary cakes on offer. (You have to pay for coffee too…. ) The bedding was dirty blood and urine stains… we got bitten alive by mosquitoes and in general the place had no vibe. On the positive side the pool area is lovely including the sauna and the food / drinks at lunchtime were always nice. Food and drink are circa twice the price of Rio prices. "

"Apesar de, na nossa chegada, o ambiente não estar totalmente limpo, durante toda a estadia a limpeza foi impecável. A equipe merece destaque: todos são extremamente solícitos, educados e atenciosos. Em especial, o recepcionista Felipe, que se destacou pela prestatividade e cordialidade. Na praia, o atendimento do Carlos também foi excelente e digno de elogios. Como sugestão de melhoria, o espumante servido no café da manhã aos domingos poderia ser oferecido como uma taça de boas-vindas no momento do check-in. Além disso, a música ao vivo no restaurante seria melhor aproveitada pelos hóspedes se tivesse início por volta das 17h, em vez de encerrar nesse horário, já que muitos ainda estão na praia durante a tarde. Essa mudança provavelmente contribuiria para aumentar o consumo no restaurante."

"Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous. "

"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is definitely one of the highlights. Both Juliana and Gabriel were very kind and helpful. We had an early booking for a boat trip that required us to leave the hotel at 6 a.m., and they prepared a little breakfast bag for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautiful. We had one with an ocean view and a small balcony—sublime! The food at the restaurant is delicious, as are the drinks. Breakfast is also amazing. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the center (Rua das Pedras) and about 10 minutes from some lovely beaches. The only thing I’d like to point out is that there are quite a few stairs, so keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues."
