The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! "Wir hatten an unserem Anreise Tag einen sehr späten Flug, sind daher erst gegen 23:30 Uhr an der Untekrunft angekommen. Das hatte ich auch im Voraus dem Besitzer der Unterkunft kommuniziert - aber als wir ankamen hat uns niemand die Tür aufgemacht und per Telefon war auch niemand zu erreichen. Also mussten wir (zwei junge Frauen wohlgemerkt) uns dann mitten in der Nacht um eine Ersatzunterkunft kümmern für die wir logischerweise zahlen mussten!!! Als wir dann am nächsten Morgen in die Unterkunft...

"This place is a beautiful cozy gem! We were close to everything downtown and it was so easy to get around! Antonio was the best host and we got to meet him during our stay! We were taken care of, felt safe and it was definitely like staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room was always clean and comfortable. If we come back to Reggio we will be staying here again! 🌟"

"We have been travelling for a few weeks now. I would say that although B&B Centrale was not in the best location, it was by far the best. The owner provided excellent service, served us breakfast and coffee and gave us free water each day. Everywhere we travelled, we didn’t see the shadow of the owner or their employee. Everything was so hands off. But Sr. Nuno (if memory serves me right) provided hands-on service. Such a gentleman. We stayed in a big quadruple room which was very clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped like in other places. The bathroom was located a bit away from our beds. This ensured we weren’t bothered by the light being turned on by someone who needed to go. Great owner. Made our stay so pleasant. Grazie Mille."

"The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful view of the ocean and Sicily from our bedroom...but everything needs to be updated, specially the bathroom, the bed sheets make you sweat, pillows are deflated, mattress is not comfy, I really did not rest well. The wifi is an old version and is not stable. The breakfast needs more proteins and less carbs. The coffee is really good. The Staff is nice, polite, helpful, and the cleaning ladies do a great job. Would I come back? Not a chance."

"This is not a hotel, but a back packer b and b. We were in a 40 ft container with three rooms and an eating area I chose this for the parking that is hard to come by in Reggio. The owner has her property propping up everywhere in Expedia for a 20 mile radius. BEWARE!!! Yes the view from the parking lot was nice, Ac good and clean. There are no restaurants anywhere on top. But the owner ordered delivered pizza. As a platinum member I was decieved. Expedia has to make it a B and B not a hotel"
