"Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that."

"It was unacceptable to us that we couldn’t get a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. We were told at the desk at check in that we could pay for a cup at the on site restaurant. When we went down in the morning the restaurant wasn’t open until 7am. On our multi state travel itinerary this is the only hotel that didn’t offer fresh coffee in the lobby. Deal breaker? For us yes. "

"We had a event there and the staff wasn't there to serve the patrons food ran out. Patrions left to go to other restaurants in the area to eat. That was a sad day."

"Breakfast was awful, the room was filthy with beer caps left on the ground. The property is tired and smells bad. Staff however were very friendly and healthy - only saving grace. Would never recommend this hotel"
