Hotels near Regal Virginia Center

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"This room was dirty. Stained towels, no blankets, no working WiFi, no television, and no shower curtain. I couldn’t believe it. We only stayed because we had just driven 10 hours to get there. We were tired. I barely slept. Do not recommend this hotel. "

"Staff were very nice and helpful. Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. "

"Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d want to be there much longer. "

"old property, not enough tower, my husband tried to call front desk for extra tower, the phone in the room didn't work."

"The staff was friendly, and the full kitchen was nice, and it was in a convenient location, but that was it. The ENTIRE property smelled heavily of weed and they put an air freshener in the room, but it didnt help much. We tried to turn the AC on hoping it would help and it made it worst as it was very musty. The cabinet in our kitchen area was broken, the toilet seat was broken. There were some very questionable stains on the curtains. It did not feel worth the price we paid at all. It was also right next to the main freeway which caused it to be a bit loud (but we new this when we booked)"
