"The people at the front desk were wonderful. The young man who greeted us worked us through the registration in a timely manner even though neither my wife for I are good with phones.
The chef and his assistants were great. They accepted compliments graciously. When we needed to check out 30 minutes before they opened on Monday morning they let us go in the serving area an grab what we needed before other guests were allowed in.
Why does Hilton charge a parking fee when Holiday Inn next door just includes that in their nightly charge? I guess I could have parked next door at the Home Depot for freee."
"This is a great property. We like to stay here and take the lightrail into downtown Denver for concerts. Very clean and friendly staff. Great location and plenty of food in the area. "
"This was a great place to stay especially if you are going to the red rocks amphitheater. They have shuttles that pick you up directly at this location. The best part was being able to walk to different restaurants and find good places to eat. They even had morning breakfast for you available which I was a big fan of. "
"Nice hotel with great value. Property could use a refresh but perfect if you have things to do in the area. Rooms are clean though a bit dated. Could use a refresh Very limited on-site or nearby food options. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value."
"if a location says they have a pool. They should also provide information on whether the pool is open or not. Even though it's very warm here in this day in September, they close the pool for winter for some reason. Disappointing."
"Family travel, booked family at another hotel i should have bit the non-refundable from the other hotel and moved them to this hotel, the staff was very friendly, and caring"
"Not impressed with with the person for checking in, harrassment that my aunt and her 14 year old grand daughter claiming i booked the room for the 14 year old and she needed an id when i stated that her grandmother whos name was listed first and her 14 year old grand daughter were staying in the room, she proceeded on to tell me not to list the people next time when it was asked whom was staying in the room, i have stayed at several Quality Inns and eill never stay at another nor will i book rooms for my family at another."
