"Didn't give me the room that I reserved. Reserved a king with a sleeper sofa and got a single king. Then they gave me a room with 2 queens. Air conditioner was squeking all night long. The person that checked is in wasn't helpful at all and was rude. Good food and clean rooms though"

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"Misleading online about having a clean pool, and a hot tub. Appliances were not working. When called to let the front desk know that the refrigerator was leaking, I was told we would need to wait until the next until someone came in. This was just not a good decision. "
