"I read many of the other comments and I was pleasantly surprised by the resort. My check in time took <5 min (it was a Wednesday in May though). The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was pleased that they doubled up staff were needed to always have someone that spoke English available. The food and drinks were acceptable.
