pool was not working and we got very bummed since the
pool was the only reason we choose this hotel. But the very professional woman Kiara in the reception helped us very much and fixed that we could go to another place with a
pool. Her service level is beyond excellent and the hotel should be very happy about her.

My First Choice in Treviso
"This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note).
The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks.
It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility "
