"Hot tub was hot. Breakfast was very good. "

"AC/Heater in room was set at 50⁰ when we arrived. Also made a rattling noise off and on through the night and was extremely loud when it was running even on low. Fridge wasn't cold/missing temp knob. There were half thawed breakfast sandwiches in the freezer portion of the fridge that had never been cleaned out from a previous guest. No hand soap in bathroom. Flooring in room felt weak including in tub. No napkins in breakfast area. Warm spoiled milk in breakfast area. No staff constantly checking during the breakfast to even ask for napkins or anything. Tables weren't getting wiped down after people left. TV and breakfast area was muted but didn't even have captions on. Hot tub jets were poorly designed splash water all over the place but didn't actually make it a soothing tub. Check in staff was friendly but the whole hotel was very awkward with steps and ramps throughout the interior."

"We stayed in Hotel Rome which was attached by Skyway to the indoor waterpark. Rooms were clean and a nice size, and had a mini fridge and microwave (though the hallway could have used a vacuuming). Indoor waterpark was clean and was fun for my kids (age 6 and 14). It was a great stay for the price paid! Important note: when we checked in we had to use the exact credit card that we used to pay through Expedia, so make sure you have that card on you during check in otherwise they won't let you check in!"

"There is no Waterpark as advertised more like a pool with lots of chlorine"

"Stayed off season and the only option was at the hotel. The main and side entrance both had a heavy smoke smell. You can tell they put a lot of money into the outdoor areas/tiny houses and the hotel needs love. "

"NOT CHILD/FAMILY/FRIENDLY, DO NOT STAY HERE! STAFF AND ROOM SERVICE IS THE PROBLEM! SELECT FEW STAFF WHO WORK WITH U, REST DONT BOTHER, I WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN, DONT RECOMMEND IF U HAVE CHILDREN THAT U DO EITHER! "

"I was very disappointed with my stay because I was awakened at 3:30 a.m. by loud noise coming from the room next to me. I called the front desk and was told they would respond, but the disturbance continued for about an hour with ongoing loud noise. Upon checkout, I was not offered any concession or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This made for a very frustrating experience."
