"Parking was $8 per day not free at this Hotel, i guess that's the racket in Daytona, Hotel room was clean but needed some TLC i.e. the front door was broken had to slam it to close it, the sink wouldn't drain properly, lighting in the room was off not plugged in and wires were sticking out from the wall, the fridge was broken not working at all, the pool was not Heated, The Tiki Bar was gone umm The TIKI Inn is the name of the Hotel...,other than that Great one night stay."

"hardly ne parking an it wa 15$ a nite . saw a roach . no hot tub no access to beach . toliet quit workin . not very up to date for the price . just ok breakfast . poll only open til 830 when said 11"

"I am aware this is a discount hotel, however the listing says HOT tub, and HEATED pool. However, the hot tub was colder than bath water annd was disgustingly grey and the pool was fit for polar bears that had not been cleaned in forever until our final day of our stay after a bunch of complaints. The change machine was out of quarters for the vending machines and the washer/dryers that required maintenance to help turn on as you had to man handle the washer, the front desk did not have any change so I was told to go to the gas station. The bedroom floors were filthy, my kids would walk around barefoot for 5 mins and their feet/legs would be black. Room trash was not taken out daily. Bathtub water was murky yellow and would take forever to get even warm. Breakfast was extremely poor, we skipped it daily and went down the street to eat. Parking was good, the staff is nice "

"I’ve stayed here before, and I always enjoy my time here. Remember, the key to a great stay is location, but the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The oceanfront location is a huge plus, making it an overall amazing experience."

"Really no beach view from my room. Parking is the only negative for this hotel. Spaces are extremely limited and double parking was encouraged at the office. This presents a potential inconvenience when coming and going from the hotel, especially in the late evening. Otherwise, everything was top notch, and if not for the parking, I would be sure to return. "

"We happen to have a room that you could see the ocean and the rooms are very spacious with a microwave a fridge a little two top oven, which we wouldn’t use but the fridge in the microwave are very handy. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I really enjoy it. Good location and a nice spot."
