"Clean room, really enjoyed the gym. Pool nice but note it’s pretty shallow - much more suited to families with young children. "

"Parking good. Just found it interesting that we only had 1 facecloth. When I asked for more they didn’t have any for me!!"

"Great location. Quiet, clean. Lots of space, full kitchen. 2 bedrooms were nice. Parking is $25 per day but convenient. Elevators were quick. Coffee mugs needed to be bigger (keurig overflow) but staff said they were planned to be replaced. Pillows could also be updated with different levels of firmness for different needs. "

"Front desk staff were friendly and very efficient. The underground parking was great since it snowed overnight. We didn’t use the pool or resultant but everything looked nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a night away. Quick walk to the Stampede grounds."

"Nice updated hotel, comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were adequate, but old. Pool changeroom/sauna was nice."

"Smoke detector batteries were dead which caused it to constantly beep all night. I called down to the front desk to make them aware at 3 am. The gentleman said he would figure out where it was coming from. He calls me back 45 min later to tell me it’s in the next room but they don’t have maintenance at night so there’s nothing he can do anyways. No care in the world that we had just drove for 9 hours from out of province for a very important medical appointment the next day at the hospital and we’re not able to get any sleep at all, no offer to move rooms or any kind of empathy. Went down for breakfast in the morning and there were tiny black things floating in the orange juice out of the dispenser. Will not be staying again, I am a loyal Wyndham member. "

"Visited this hotel in winter for one night. The room I stayed in had poor temperature control. The windows need replacing. Hot water was scalding temperature. Microwave delivered to room after 2 requests. "
