"Overall, our stay was okay for the price. The room was a little run down, but it was clean enough for a short stay. They offer free breakfast. Parking was easy to find, and the location was a big plus with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The biggest downside was the customer service. When we asked for extra bedding and blankets, the staff member seemed defensive and simply said, “We’re fully booked, we don’t have any more, I don’t know what to tell you...” While I understand supplies may have been limited, a more courteous response would have been appreciated. He did at least provide us with extra towels, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in a convenient location, it gets the job done, but don’t expect a particularly updated property or exceptional service."

"The Mission Inn is a beautiful historic hotel. It has recently changed ownership so as the hotel changed hands, a couple things fell to disrepair or need. The jacuzzi was closed for repair or cleaning, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bar and in our room. Our room was not ready at check in (4:00 pm), and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The hotel room itself was beautiful. The city view of the lights and the fountain was gorgeous. The sundries in the room were generous as was the coffee and water bar. The fresh flowers that were all over the inside of the hotel were absolutely amazing. Gorgeous, beautiful, huge bouquets with very high end flowers were abundant. A beautiful hotel with staff that is trying very hard to make it a perfect experience for guests."
