"Some staff are dishonest, I booked my room well in advance- LAKESIDE, I’m on a health retreat, calm view to reduce my stress- terminal cancer, yet moved to a 360 view of the parking lot in spite of being a loyal guest with low demand. I love the lodge, I did get good pricing on some of my days, I was here when they were empty, endured construction and I was moved around every few days until they unloaded the “burden” of an old lady trying to have a serene send off… "
