"Friendly staff, clean and safe area. Marco was great who checked us in. Last time we traveled here we stayed off hospitality way and we definitely enjoyed this location more so. "

"Very pleasant and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. It was spacious—especially for the price! The room decor is also tasteful and convenient, with working microwave and refrigerator. Not my favorite mini coffeemaker, but with free coffee in the lobby it wasn’t a problem. This hotel was recently remodeled and you can tell!
I will say I can’t vouch for the cable TV service. The remote would not work, so we were stuck on one program for the evening as we checked in late, and opted not to try to get a replacement. The TV size and placement is nice though.
There was a comfortable double recliner in the room—great for reading the news on my iPad, but I could NOT figure out how to work the manual reclining feature.
Still, all in all, it was a great room, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. This location is also convenient to everything in Redlands."
