"Never got room service for the time we checked in had go up the front desk and asked why we didn’t get service was told they had 90 checks out they had to get ready I told them that’s have nothing to do with me am paying customer I should get service had to get clean towels for the office because they never even take the trash until Sunday when Icomplain about them not giving me room service not cleaning the room was told they had 90 rooms check out. They was trying to make sure the rooms get clean before they do service to the other rooms."

"Note: Self-service check-in. Check email/Expedia for pre- check-in info, including mandatory security deposit. Rooms ("tiny houses") are clean, spacious, well stocked for in-home cook/dine (no chopsticks though), and immersed in nature. Gardens have koi, parrots, fish, and a friendly cat. Very quiet; no events or classes hosted during our stay. HOWEVER, management is horrible. They rent out these houses on 2 websites, don't check for accidental double booking, provided us check-in information for the wrong house, and don't even live in the same country as their rental spaces! We only avoided walking in on a stranger in "our" rental space because the housekeeper told us this at point of arrival. We then had to wait outside in the mosquito-infested gardens (rental is close to the Everglades) for over an hour for this to be fixed, during which I got bit at least 6 times (and I'm horribly allergic to insect bites). I CANNOT recommend this place until management does better."

"The place was amazing, truly a gem. I enjoyed reading my book surrounded by nature. I booked the wrong dates. The team was extremely helpful in getting me reoriented and settled in. I appreciate the flexibility they offered. "

"We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia."
