"We thought the property was beautiful but at night we wanted to go in hot tub but the jets would not work but our last night they went on automatic at 9:45pm when the pool closes at 10pm we were disappointed also there few lights in the farther hot tub was scary because of the raccoons "

"We interacted with several people at the front desk and they were more than helpful knowledgeable and accommodating."

"The breakfast selections were limited and processed foods and the coffee wasn't even very good sadly."

"The room and staff were great, however, we arrived in a rental vehicle with the intention of dropping our luggage into the room, then drop the vehicle at the airport. However upon arrival there was no way other than to operate a pay to park kiosk with a gate. Evidently after risking some unknown surcharge for just dropping off our luggage, this was worked out at the desk. It would make it much more intuitive to indicate that non overnight parking for guest NEEDs to pass through the gate. In our confusion, we drove all around the hotels on the block looking for the front entrance temporary parking for guests, which was very unpleasant. Please label this better for such guests, the existing sign is lacking."

"Breakfast was good. Very simple but I wish there was little more variety from day to day. If you are staying there for a few days its the same thing. Nonetheless it was a very comfortable place."

"Place was fine but the hotel had NO HOT WATER….which is important and a basic service I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and the answer was NO BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM. Is that correct? Not a very good look for Hotels.com. "
