"It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food! "

"The property looks amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The amenities are nice although the pool wasn’t that big and it was crowded. The spa offerings were ok and expensive. The breakfast had variety but the quality of the food was just ok."

"Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice. All staff behind reception lovely. Always greeting Rooftop: nice food, friendly staff and pool is great! Nice comfy beds to lie on"

"Lovely stay at the sky view. All the staff were incredibly polite. All areas well maintained. The breakfast is the nicest breakfast we’ve had on a holiday. Having a buffet aswell as the option to choose of a menu was good. The attention to detail with all the food served was fantastic, The Massaman curry was delicious. Easily one of the best meals we had whilst exploring Thailand. That hill from the bottom to the top thou.. calves will burn.. but a great way to burn those extra food calories and it always gave the secure guard a giggle to see me huffing and puffing 😮‍💨 lovely clean pool area and cute little bar. Couldn’t fault this hotel. 100% reccomend and we would return. "

"Pictures of rooms and property look new ,updated, and clean . But upon arrival after our 22 hour flight from New York the property looked as if a storm had gone through it and the room was dirty ,toilet cracked , mold , and a stench . Very deceiving. "
