"The property was nice and clean. There was access to all the amenities. The room was spacious. They have happy hour everyday between 3-6. The snacks on sight are a bit pricey. The pool closes at 10pm. They are a few restaurants and stores directly across the street. Just a family friendly hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The amenities and property were beautiful. The food was a little overpriced, but we still enjoyed it, and the views were amazing. I took off one star due to a concierge, Justine Belaveke, who was rude when I asked where the restroom was for myself—I'm seven months pregnant—and for my three-year-old toddler. She held up her finger dismissively, was disrespectful, and attempted to argue, which I did not engage in. I didn't let this one experience ruin our overall stay, but the Westin should be mindful of who they hire to work directly with guests."

"Love the location being close to the airport and right on the bay. Provided scenic view of the bay.l and has a very nice pool. The staff was very helpful and was responsive to requests. Beds were comfortable as well. Not fancy but certainly adequate for a short stay."

"We went during low season and everything was great : beautiful resort, clean rooms, nice and helpful staff. Every request was granted fast and with a smile. The only thing I recommend the hotel is to clean some mold at shower walls and bathroom floor tile. Also, repair some concrete superficial cracks and paint in the exterior corridor and around of the elevator frame close to The Club."
