"Excellent location in downtown Beijing Wangfujing area. Subway station 100 m away from the building. Restaurants are across the street. The best thing is the free laundry facilities for the family with trip over weeks. "

That section of Beijing was kind of rundown, mainly consisting of Hutongs but it was safe and kind of funky. Bit of a walk to the metro but relatively easy to get around.
