"Spa was excellent. Restaurant was great! Hotel not so much. First room was not clean. Next room was a little better but the tv didn’t work, jacuzzi was cold, and the fridge wasn't cold. Complaints were ignored. Won't stay again. "

"Rooms were clean, looked newly refurbished, as others have mentioned. Complementary breakfast was standard with a few hot items (eggs, bacon, potatoes). The frig in the room held al the items in my cooler and the front desk kindly kept my freezer packs in their freezer overnight. Hop Valley Brewery was a short walk from the parking lot for casual dining, and locally owned (which I prefer over chains). Hampton is owned by Hilton. Turns out I am 25 years late in learning this. Very reasonable price for my room while passing through town on a Sunday night. I would return."
