"Wish their was a better option for breakfast on Friday morning. Edgewater was overwhelmed with Timbers being closed waited 20 minutes and still couldn't get a cup of coffee. Would think since Timbers is closed Friday mornings Edgewater might be better staffed for the rush. Also would like to see The Buffet open with a breakfast spread. Otherwise just have to go down the road which i'd like to eat before i go."

"We attended a concert in nearby Shipshewana IN, and looked for a more budget friendly hotel than those offered in Shipshewana. Reviews indicated this Best Western was a good choice - and it was! The room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the Continental breakfast was good (4 kinds of dry cereal, a waffle maker, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, and 2 kinds of bottled juice). At $40 cheaper than the Shipshewana hotels, it was a no brainer. We'll stay here again!"

"Breakfast menu was good, pool was fun, hot tub was relaxing, hotel rooms were clean and spacious, and employees were professional and nice. Will return again."

"The 'continental' breakfast costs $18.00. Way too much fir eggs, muffins, bacon and waffles. The room was noisy. The AC unit ead noisy. Children running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. The room looked out over the lobby where people socialized until very late. Parking costs $15.00 a night. Very low clearance, wet and dirty. A broken water pipe has left puddles. Repairs are ongoing throughout the building. The worst experience of my life! "

"Everything was great with the exception of food and drink options. Drove 35 min away and had good dinner and drinks. Kind of my fault because I checked in on a Sunday. So the resturaunt and bar were closed at 4p on Sunday and all day Monday. Was a little dissapointed that I wasnt provided with info about breakfast at check in. I wouldve paid $10 and ordered, if I knew about it prior to 10am. Also. Booked a lake view room. It was partial view. Wouldve been nice to have full view being its off season. Nonetheless. Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Plan to stay again when its warm outside. "
