"We stayed in the explorer 2 year ago and although it was beautiful and clean the food was not good and the staff were not friendly. Staying at the Santa Fe restored our faith in the French hotels the staff were so friendly and spoke really good English nothing was too much for them and the food was amazing. Another boness it is a 10 min walk from the park."

"Sauna and steam room etc not included in the room price and needs to be booked separately. Arcade room for kids - you need to buy a separate card and pay credits into it to play the games. Indoor pool free to use and was great. Shuttle bus to Disneyland worked great but first bus was packed. Also check the timetable - there is breaks during the day. First day we drove to Disney from another destination, had I checked the shuttle bus timings we would have parked at the hotel and taken the bus. Short drive distance from other restaurants then hotel, it is in a middle of nowhere :-) Breakfast selection basic, we did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that."

"Kitchen well equipped. Everything was clean. Rooms modern and spacious (we booked a 1 bed apartment). Very close to Disneyland. Staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay again!"

"Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade."
