"Old, dirty, don’t choose "

"All areas of the property were dirty- inside and out . The room was nothing as described online. The photos posted online were from opening day I’m sure when the building was new and clean. When I complained about the room and the description posted online I asked for a refund- it was denied. No help from property staff and less help from corporate. Corporate said it was up to property management discretion to offer refunds and they were not responsible for any discrepancy on property online profile stating thy only allowed use of their name for privately owned. A complaint was filed with Expedia - who issued a small credit to use with our next stay but were also unable to provide any further assistance with the complaints or refund requests. "

"Shower was dirty. No supply of toilet tissue available in the room. No towels by the pool. No working ice machines. Dirty carpet in lobby and main hall. Elevators were even dirty"
