One night transit family stay from south to north.

What's OK - Checkin fast n ezie. Shower water pressure ok. Comfort room with 2 queen bed. Enough for family 4 adult 1 child. Cleaness good. Kedai makan opposite the hotel. What's NOK - No qiblat direction for muslim. Shower hose holder broken. Cannot hook the hose properly. Need to replace new. Sink bowl not proper fix to the wall. Window curtain not proper hook and fell down when to check out. Already informed to receptionist. Overall ok. Recommended.

Poor Experience

Was able to spot a few cockroaches crawling around. Definitely dusty with spider webs on ceiling and corners. No extra lock, not great security and the cleaner just opened the door with the card even when I locked it. Only one of two towels usually get changed, and only bath towel; no other towels. Dirty/stained bed sheets. Dirty cups with dried food/substance.

Maybe good enough for a trucker or backpackers

Staff very friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. (e.g. A light did not work st night in my room and and the manager went to s local store to get one, fixed it). The management needs to do a few things to get this hotel upto scratch. The room was clean but the bed was hard and the fixtures are old and broken . Additionally there was a shelving unit fixed randomly in the middle of the room??

Never again!

Our booking not in their system. Got spare room with no water supply. Was changed to other room with no bedsheet, no blanket and the toilet got used pads. Omg. So nightmare. Then changed room again. We booked 1 family room then finaly still have to separate with 2 small rooms. Totally dissapointed with the service. Never come again!!!
