The location of this hotel is great, only 1 minute away from the station. It's possible to go to the center of Ravenna easily by foot. It was quiet and clean.

L’hotel si trova in buona posizione per visitare il centro cittadino, precisamene a lato della stazione, ma il luogo appare tranquillo, diversamente da molte altre città. La vettura può essere lasciata nelle strisce blu esponendo sul cruscotto un voucher rilasciato dall’hotel, ma il parcheggio NON È gratuito; il costo nel mio caso è stato irrilevante, ma è consigliabile accertare in anticipo l’aggravio personale. Lo staff è stato sempre presente e disponibile; la mia camera era ampia, ma con box doccia troppo contenuto rispetto alla dimensione del bagno e la colazione per me qualitativamente non si è rivelata molto soddisfacente, considerate le possibilità della zona. Purtroppo, l’addebito di una lattina di Sprite da 33 per € 6 al check out ha abbattuto completamente il mio parziale apprezzamento; avrei dovuto chiedere in anticipo e nel caso rivolgermi all’esercizio proprio a fianco per una condizione normale, un vero peccato.

The hotel is vintage and that is what is charming. I liked that the lobby had a decades old printed volume in Italian of Tolstoy's War and Peace and Thomas Mann's Doctor Faustus. The cleaning staff are nice and friendly.

Very good hotel with excellent staff!!!

Everything was great here at this hotel. Hotel stff were all friendly and my room (218) was excellent. I will definately come back there if I have another chance to visit Ravenna. However I had a small problem when I checked in. I booked this hotel with breakfast inc. A confirmation email from hotels.com proved it. But the hotel recieved my reservation from hotels.com as a "room only". They showed me the document. So this was a fault from hotels.com. I hope such a mistake won't happen again.

E' diventato ormai il mio hotel di riferimento per i soggiorni a Ravenna. Arrivando con il treno è comodissimo avere l'albergo a 50m dalla stazione FS, e perdipiu' a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Camere essenziali con tutto il necessario, letto comodo e servizio cortese ed accurato.
