"The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"I travelled here as part of a holiday to Italy. This hotel was amazing, clean fresh rooms. Breakfast was buffet style with a big selection of warm food, continental breakfast, fresh bread and pastries. All delicious."

"Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :) Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."

"Wonderful friendly hotel with fantastic chouce of food and drink offered at breakfast. Internet access was good and easy to access. Buses into the city were frequent up to midnight. The bed in our room was huge! Car parking - remember to book it in advance and we arrived early and were able to leave the car for a small additional fee."
