"La propiedad no es apta si viajas con alguna mascota, las cabañas son de tamaño pequeña solo para dos personas Max, al llegar pudimos notar que la habitación no había sido refrescada, no había papel de baño, shampoo etc. La cama es acogedora y el aire acondicionado estaba en buenas condiciones pudimos descansar. "We had an amazing stay! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. Right in front of the hotel is the stunning Esmeralda Cenote, with incredibly clear, crystal-clear water. Just walk out to the deck and you can jump right into the lagoon for a refreshing swim. The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious, so there’s no need to leave the hotel to look for restaurants in town. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful, and the entire experience was peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back! 10/10 – Highly recommended!"
