"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"Exactly as advertised - freahly decorated, clean and comfortable. Well equipped, quiet, always space to park. Will stay again"

"The property was great, very comfortable for a family of 4. The area is lovely too - we went for a walk in the evening by the river and stopped by the Tayview pub for a drink with the locals. Great experience. Also, location is great. Only 20 minutes away from Perth, and easy drive to St. Andrews."

"Thank you for a lovely stay - the room was very comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor thing that could be improved would be to increase the size of the breakfast area (maybe let the main restaurant area be used) as the dining room was very crowded and we were lucky to get the last table available. "Hotel is in a great location with lovely views and is a walkable distance to the theatre. It's a bit tired in places but undergoing renovation and wiĺl be beautiful once finished. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice. Staff all really friendly and helpful, allowing us to drop off bags prior to check-in. Overall a great stay."

"Staff are exceptional service was great the hotel is a little tired but rooms were clean and adequate. Roseline was excellent on reception. The bar being open later for guest is great. The breakfast was good and the location perfect for visiting Perth and Scone Palace is a must visit. Cannot Thank the staff enough. Would stay again. "
