"This is the second time we've stayed here as a family. Rooms are clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. I love the complimentary drinks given, and the breakfast is great. My kids approved it too. I will say that watch the clearance in the garage because just because you can drive in there only the first level prior to the ramps/turns will accommodate a luggage carrier on top of your roof. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and smashed mine beyond repair and I had just bought it. I did notice a clearance sign hanging just beyond where we fit, after. "

"No budget breakfast, if you're on a budget. There were plenty of off premises eateries around."

"The bathroom didn't have a fan so there was paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling. The shower had some black stuff in the grooves but the water pressure was great. I don't like the $20 per night parking fee. Why not just include it in the room price and say free parking so it doesn't make people mad. Would have liked free water bottles and/or coffee."

"I have stayed in Marriott hotels for more than 30 years and without a doubt this was my worst experience. My wife and I arrived in DC and I went straight to a business meeting and sent her to the hotel. She recently had surgery and needed to relax. The hotel manager would not let her check in under my name. I called and he said Zi had to be there in person. I offered to zoom or FaceTime with my license and he said no go. Beyond ridiculous that I can close on a house and testify in Federal court via zoom but can’t check into a hotel which has already been fully paid for. My wife had to wait for hours until I arrived and when I did I got stuck in the elevator. The maintenance man told me literally not to worry and it happens all the time. The electrical outlets next to the bed didn’t work and when I went to talk to the manager he said he does not care. "

"Asia was the only staff member I had a positive experience with during my stay. They attempted to accommodate me and switched me to two (2) different rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke. Additionally, shouted and banged on my door without identifying themselves, demanding I come out because I was past my check-out time. I was not and had paid receipt proof of an extended late check-out in addition to making a note in my reservation booking. They failed to take responsibility and check their records and receipts prior to behaving in such an unprofessional and erratic manner. It's already hard enough in this economy to stay afloat, so I highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere unless you enjoy being shouted at, mistreated and cigarette smoke filled rooms."
