"The property was completely unprepared. To start with, the people in charge of it were lost looking for keys for some four hours. The interior was smelly, with puddles of (hopefully) water on the floor, the bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned for years. Horrible location, in the middle of nowhere, a good 40- minute drive to the city center. Ants in the bedrooms, cockroaches in the kitchen.Obviously no one cared about housekeeping.We even had to buy toilet paper ourselves! This qualifies...

"The room was not ready when we arrived, so we were moved to another unit with no internet or hot water, and we were told not to unpack as we were going to be sent back to our original house the next day. The room we had booked had no hair dryer, iron, ect and we had to ask for everything from the owner. Old and broken furniture. There was also a language barrier with the owner. But it was a safe and nice environent and the pools were also really nice and clean. "

"We had the best stay at Riad Tarba. We booked the airport transfer with them and this worked brilliantly. Once our driver dropped us off at the drop of point, Mohammed was there to meet us and walked us directly to the Riad so we didn’t get lost. He then welcomed us with Moroccan Tea and delicacies on the rooftop terrace. Mohammed downloaded an offline map to my phone and set up routes to and from everywhere we planned to visit. We were made to feel so safe and welcome. Every member of staff we spoke with were so professional, friendly and helpful. The Riad was a place of peace and tranquility. I would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so special."

"When I arrived, I was immediately enchanted by the architecture, the beautiful courtyards, and the intricate detailing throughout the property. The Moroccan style is authentic, beautifully executed, and full of character. It creates a truly memorable arrival experience. My room was located on the third floor and reflected the traditional style of homes in the Atlas Mountains. It featured a private outdoor terrace where I could relax beside a tranquil fountain. The interior design was spectacular—elegant, authentic, and rich in Moroccan craftsmanship. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive, always willing to do everything they could to assist us. My wife and I only had breakfast at the riad, but it was excellent, offering an international selection complemented by delicious Moroccan specialties. I had the privilege of celebrating my 70th birthday there, and the staff surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” in French, Arabic, Moroccan, and Berber. It was a touching and unforgettable moment. My goal was to spend three nights at this riad so I could experience and photograph the souks and the Medina. It exceeded my expectations and gave me memories I will cherish. "Simply exquisite. The hotel hospitality, service is in a class of its own. You feel so well looked after, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning place, probably the best looking hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and definitely the best place to mark the milestone occasion, it felt super special. Thank you Oberoi. Special shout out to Rachid who looked after us, thank you."

"Room was great, couldn’t complain. Understanding it is currently a heatwave AC will struggle and only place to cool down was lobby. Would have been great if pool times were extended due to heat. Activities - didn’t really see anything apart from water volleyball nor was I once approached and asked if I’d like to join. Been told that due the heat, only water sports and stretching is happening. Staff were excellent through out the stay! On to the hotel food - breakfast, lunch, snacks were fine as expected, evening meal - only had it on 3 nights. Main restaurant was excellent, really enjoyed it. Booked Italian and Moroccan and was under impression if you book it is Al acarte, I was wrong, buffet. Moroccan “restaurant”/buffet meal was lovely, where’s Italian was a disappointment, had to go to main restaurant afterwards. Overall it was good place to stay, but I confirmed once again that all inclusive is not for me, maybe if it were not as hot and activities were actually happening, I might of enjoyed it more, just could not sleep by the pool for 10h a day."
