"Staff were very welcoming and helpful, room was comfortable and nicely decorated, bed was comfy, toiletries were really good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking was onsite which was really helpful. Breakfast was varied and good."

The food at the restaurant was delicious and again the service superb. We particularly loved our waiter Daniel. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options and great coffee. "Owners and staff were amazing. Generous, kind, friendly and so helpful with a health emergency, Fantastic view from the balcony, clean accommodation and great little breakfast each morning. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants around the hotel and ferry to Portofino across the road. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in lovely Rapallo. "Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem.
