"We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud. Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air."

"I had a terrible experience staying at La Quinta. The room we were given, room 441, was extremely dirty and clearly not properly maintained. When we arrived, there were no clean towels available, and the bathtub was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The worst part was discovering that the bed and sheets were infested with bugs. This was completely unacceptable and made the room impossible to stay in. Because of the conditions, we had no choice but to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. This experience was very disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here. Cleanliness and basic room standards were clearly not met."

"Upon entering the hotel a strong smell of cigarette smoke filled the air. Upon entering the room a musty smell. The toilet constantly leaking. The refrigerator did work. But if you want to cook something better being your own pots, pans and utensils. The front desk does have them for sale. If your key doesn't work after 11 pm, no one is at the front desk to assist. The only items for use in the room is two bars of soap and two cups. They only replace towels after you have checked out. This hotel reminded me of a highrise motel 6. There will be no more stays at this brand of hotel for me, I would have to be in desperate need to stay at this brand. The staff was grouchy. I asked they cleaning lady for towels and she tried to give me a roll of toilet paper. When I told her no, that's when she understood and handed me the towels. "
