The bathrooms are incredibly outdated and shower head was broken. It flooded our bathroom. Staff brought towels immediately to aide. 😊 Bathroom also was out of the complimentary body wash and other things. I would simply expect more of a courtyard.

This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
