"The staff at Omni Hotel are exceptional. From the valet parking service to the front desk, everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities, overall, are good, but the shower in our room was very small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. Another point of concern was the availability of the hotel's café. On weekends, the café opens quite late, making it difficult to get a coffee early in the morning. In a downtown area, having to wait until 11:00 or 12:00 for the café to open is inconvenient, especially when other options are limited."
