"I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here"

"The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. "

"Fellow customer chanting from 5.30am in garden. Can not enjoy earthly morning sunrise from your own balcony. Brought it to hotel staffing but they didn’t take care. Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel.
Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking.

"This hotel is OK if you dont want hot running water on demand in the evenings. If you do, you need to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater 30 minutes before you want your shower!
On our last morning, there was also no hot running water. Instead, we were presented with a bucket of hot water.
There is AC in the room but this is used to cool the room only and not heat the room. As we were there in winter time, we were very cold!

"This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect.
I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very...
