"I had never stayed at a Citybox hotel and was a bit dubious about self check-in and other sort of “do it yourself” aspects. "Check in was efficient but not the most friendly. Was able to check in early which is always a bonus. Bed was in the loft, had no pillows or comforter. I managed to find some downstairs in a cupboard. Very strange. Shower floods the bathroom, broom is provided to mop water up."
